Mike Kamo specializes in building, managing, and scaling businesses. He started his career by using digital marketing to turnaround his family’s automobile dealership during a recession. Since then, he has focused on growing small businesses to large corporations and has helped companies such as Viacom, Mazda, and Google grow their businesses through digital marketing and conversion optimization.

Mike joins NP Digital from his most recent post as President of iProspect, where he and his team focused on operational excellence across client services, product innovation and technology to support agency growth. Mike joined iProspect through the acquisition of Covario where he held the position of Co-CEO. Under Mike’s watch, Covario was named the Search Agency of the Year by OMMA a record three years in a row (2013-11).
Prior to being CEO of Covario Mike was Senior Vice President of Search at iCrossing. During his 9-year tenure, iCrossing twice received OMMA’s Search Agency of the Year award and achieved Forrester’s top-rated Search Agency. Mike also served for eight years on the Board of Directors and as President of SEMPO (Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization), which was acquired by the Digital Analytics Association in 2020. In 2013 Mike was included in BtoB Magazine’s selective group of “Who’s Who in Search and Digital Marketing.” In 2012 he was selected by the editors of Direct Marketing News as recipient of its first annual “40 Under 40” awards.
Jeff Johnson comes to NP Digital with a long history of success within the performance marketing industry. His past experience includes senior executive roles at iCrossing as SVP and Managing Director, CEO of Covario and Global Chief Client Officer at iProspect. As CEO of Covario Jeff helped the agency earn Agency of the Year honors three years in a row. Jeff has been instrumental in leading agencies in growth both organically and through acquisitions. Throughout his career Jeff has worked with some of the world’s most important brands including Bank of America, Sony, Samsung, T-Mobile, GM, Dell and IBM to name a few.
