In 2019, Lion Equity acquired Riegel Linen and then, in 2020, they acquired TY Harbor, which was formed after the merger of Harbor Linen and TY Group. In 2021, the company rebranded itself as 1Concier, a name that represents a fusion of “one” and “concierge.” This new name signifies the unity of these three entities into one powerful brand – combined we want to be the number one choice for all Hospitality, Healthcare and Commercial Laundry linen needs. We help customers elevate their guest experience and maximize their linen ROI, 1Concier is a one-stop-shop for quality bed linens, terry, pool towels/lounge chair covers, robes, slippers, and table linens. 1Concier provides luxury linens to Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, Country Clubs/Golf Courses, Healthcare Facilities and Commercial Laundries.

THE CHALLENGE

1Concier’s key goals were to increase leads and drive more revenue from our B2B customers and partners. After launching our eCommerce portal we also determined we needed to improve our search results, keywords focus, organic traffic to lead conversion, referring domains and overall digital presence.

We even brought a challenge to NP Accel as our 1concier.com main site is not the same as our eCommerce site, shop.1concier.com. We had valid business reasons for the two sites and NP Accel understood that and ensured they could help drive great results and ROI with a very focused set of campaigns.
